Hello and welcome! Pull up a cushion and make yourself comfortable.
Tea in the Treetops blog is a collaboration by several experienced book bloggers – we’ve decided to combine our efforts into one mega-blog.
As well as book discussion, we aim to share our love of reading by sharing reviews for all sorts of books – from children’s and young adult titles to adult literature, and from a wide range of genres including Fantasy, Science Fiction, Paranormal, Romance, Chick-Lit and Contemporary Literature. We hope our recommendations help you to find books that you enjoy.
You may have noticed that we’ve already brought over some reviews from our previous blogs, mostly to give the new blog a bit of a lived-in feeling. Please feel free to visit our Reviews page to check out some of our previous reviews!
The Tea in the Treetops podcast will also move in here and Philippa and Angelya are hoping to get into a more regular release schedule soon. You can find out more about the podcast on its very own page.
About the Bloggers
The Blogging Team here is made up of six bloggers and a few associate contributors from all around the world. Many of us started our blogging careers writing about our gaming adventures, but now we’re indulging our passion for reading!
You can find out more about the Blogging Team on our Blogger page, but here’s a little more about each of us by way of introduction:
- Philippa, from Tea, Daydreams and Fairytales, mostly young adult Fantasy and Sci-fi.
- Angelya, from The Oaken Bookcase, mostly reads Fantasy and Sci-fi for all age groups.
- Hannah, from Once Upon a Time, reads a variety of genres but likes to focus on Fantasy.
- Leila, previously of The Fiction Pixie, now writes all things geek culture at The Fandomonium and the Eclectic Geek Podcast.
- Natasha, from Tea, Daydreams and Fairytales will share her eclectic love of literature.
- Jemina, amazing pop culture artist and general biggest YA fan ever. You can find her work at jeminabox.com. In fact, our gorgeous banner up there is her creation!
