Welcome to everyone visiting as part of the Australia Day Giveaway Hop! This hop is kindly hosted by Book’d Out, where you can see the full list of participants (or see the link at the end of this post).
If this is your first time here, Tea in the Treetops is written by a team of bloggers from around the world. Four of us live in Australia and on 26th of January we celebrate Australia Day (and the lovely public holiday that comes with it!). So in the Ozzie Ozzie Ozzie spirit of generosity, I would like to give away a great book by any Australian author.
Examples of some great books by Aussie Authors.

The Giveaway
To celebrate Australia Day I am giving away one book by an Australian Author. You can choose any book you like, as long as the author has some valid connection to Australia (for example, Geraldine Brooks grew up in Sydney and now lives in the USA or J.M. Coetzee was born in South Africa but now resides in South Australia). You are of course more than welcome to choose one of the examples listed above.
The book will be shipped from The Book Depository (and must not exceed AU$20), so the giveaway is open internationally as long as they ship to your country. If you’re not sure, check here. If, for any reason, the book you choose is not available from TBD, I may ask you to choose a different option.
Please note, I will only accept entries via the rafflecopter form! Please don’t put your email into a comment, it won’t be included as an entry!
Sorry, but I can’t be responsible for books that get lost in the mail. I hope it reaches you in good condition!
The Rafflecopter form will be open until January 28th, then the winner will be notified by email. Good luck!
Check out Book’d Out for a full list of other participants.

Tommorrow, When The War Begun was brilliant. I’m yet to read any of the other titles. I’m an avid YA reader and our YA authors are incredible, Melina Marchetta, Ambelin Kwaymullina and the author of the moment, Melbourne girl Amie Kaufman who’s co-authored one of the biggest titles in YA, These Broken Stars. Whoever wins, be sure to check them out!
Thanks for the opportunity to enter. Happy Oz day.

It’s great to see all the Aussie talent we have! I just finished The Rosie Project a couple of weeks ago and loved it. And for an older book, I read The Thorn Birds and finished it about a week ago and thought it was great – and now I don’t understand why I’d never read it before!!

WOW. I love this giveaway. You’ve included such a great selection of books. I just finished reading the Book Thief last week and loved it. It made me cry ALOT, and it hurt, but god I can’t get the characters out of my head. I really want to read March by Geraldine Brooks though, I’ve read some of her other books in the past and loved them. She’s an exceptional writer, in fact all the authors you’ve chosen are!
Thanks for the opportunity to enter.

I have so many new authors and books now on my TBR list, I should be set for the next few years!! Not sure how easy it would be to chose, should I be fortunate enough to win.
Thanks for a very generous prize offer.

The hiking journey is seldom pricey, making certain you’ll have some slack without wasting toomuch cash.
Try not to above analyze every scenario, or grumble that the
weather is cloudy rather than sunlit.
